Having used PDC for print on previous occasions and appreciating their attention to detail, it was the obvious choice for me to request a quote for print and assembly of an architecture portfolio. The quote was provided on a Friday and finished print was required by the close of business the same day. Robin very kindly agreed to the timeframe and once the paper stock had been agreed on and the file provided, I knew we were in safe hands. I was to collect the portfolio at 5.30pm and arrived a little early to find that the file we had been supplied by our client had not been set up correctly and Robin was painstakingly correcting it in order to achieve a successful print. During print there were further issues noted and again duly corrected. Throughout the print process, the level of patience and dedication to providing a professional portfolio were evident and in fact Robin stayed until 7.30pm until a perfect result had been achieved. All this was done with a smile. I can’t thank PDC enough and I have no hesitation in recommending them to any business that needs the assurance of a quality print job. Kind regards
